Chicken Congee soup but modernized so it doesn't look like slop.
Sauteed chicken breast, ginger infused chicken stock, napa cabbage, lotus root, red bell pepper, black bean, steamed rice.

It's a photograph, but the rules say that photographs of hand-crafted art are allowed (ie, photographs of a painting you painted, a sculpture you made, etc). Since this is a hand crafted piece of art I made, I am allowed to post it :D
