This was an university home work, that I've done three weeks ago. I was told to paint my own picture in water colors. After looking at Goya's work titled "Truth and Fantasy." In other words I was told to do my own "Truth and Fantasy."
What you see here is a man who is close to truth, while fantasy is pulling the man away from truth. In his right arm there is a ribbon tied to his wrist; on the other hand is a chain. A chain that's attached right to the bone, and painful to remove. Also in fantasy you see a young women and a little girl reaching out to the man, but the man has clenched his hand. Like he didn't want to be with fantasy anymore, because he wants the truth. The only regrets is that he will never see them again, the reason is that they never existed. Truth is more impotent, no matter how painful it will be.
