I put a lot of time and love into this drawing. It's also the closest I ever gotten to realistic. I hope you guys enjoy it, this is one I'd really love to hear your thoughts on. =)

This is Maalu, a four-eared, tusked alien leopard also know as an Evinyx. And although her kind do not tend to go near the woods, she has found it a tranquil sanctuary housing things that cannot be found in the vast plains that her kind inhabits. At night, the canopies reveal the magnificent alien skies and the moons that closely circle the planet, and the creeks that flows through have some of the tastiest fish in complete abundance which Maalu has found far superior to the tough hides of the roaming beasts. But among everything else, the forest has something no other place on the planet has – Music. Every day during sunrise and sunset, the Scarabells gather on low-hanging vines and clink together to a metronome only they hear, creating the sound of echoing bells. These bugs only make a noise when their wings collide, you can not induce this sound by any other means in existence.

The animals of the forest don’t see Maalu as a threat. She enjoys the taste of fish above all else and has no interest in attacking the other forest life. She does however, enjoy the sounds of the Scarabells and she tends to curiously approach other animals, who also seem to have a mutual curiosity of her.

This is the most peaceful place on this alien planet. To describe it in one word: Paradise
