Reminds me a lot of the drawings from those Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark books. Very nice work!
So I have discovered a new amazing stuff called water-soluble graphite! And I'm loving the effects you can get with it! I did these three at random while playing with it. :) You might see some more doodles coming up as I explore and learn more with this medium.
In case you wanted to know what these are, the first one is a delivery demon from issue 2 of in the dark, the middle is a denizen soul of Promiscuous's caves in Issue 3 (Fibble meets one of them!) and the last one is a demon mite (these are the things that suck on the skins of the doghead-snake demons and infest humans and evil birds on occasion).
More coming soon!
Drawn on Bristol, with water-soluble graphite.

Well My father taught me this techniques in a traditional way . He called it
"THE WET Graphite Pencil Technique!"
But I never thought it can be used as Dark Doodles . Loved The demon Mite !
Cool Work Dude !
Ah cool! Yeah this is not a pencil, its a pan of graphite that I paintbrush with water and then apply to the paper but Im sure its the same thing haha. I only discovered it this week next to the watercolor pans and I was super excited to see the results. Also thanks man!! :D
