This is Ramirez from Skies of Arcadia / Eternal Arcadia, an RPG on the Gamecube and Dreamcast that is one of my personal favorites. This recreates a scene in the game from just before the three part final battle in the game begins, so I guess this is something of a spoiler for those of you who've never played the game before. Looking back on this image, there are two things I wish I had done better. A) I wish that Ramirez's legs weren't so long here, B) I wish I hadn't crapped out on the background after I finished making the extremely elaborate floors.

This game's my favorite game as well. XD
And not just anyone can draw other characters. It helps you improve on your own drawing techique before working on your characters. So keep on drawing! ^^
anime is not an art style
it takes no skill to copy an art style from a TV show, try to come up with you own, no matter how much detail you add your still basically just using someone else's art style.
