Too chilled for me

I think that this tune is just a little bit too chilled for me - it's quite quiet and relaxing, but for me, it seems like it's more an ambient song than anything else. For Trance, I'd go for something with a little more beat.

I think that you've certainly produced a nice piece, but it needs a little something else for it to be one of my favourites. Perhaps try adding some strings next, as this piece seems to be hovering around ambient, so give it a little more nice guy imagery.

needs some form of variation, the background sounds were enjoyable and added a lot to the piece, it's a nice song, good for relaxing, I guess the repetitiveness lends itself to be relaxing, anyway I've nothing more to ay about this, it's all been said before, so keep practicing

Indeed, very chilled out. But it was also quite repititve. Even "chilled out" songs need some sort of variations or it can get annoying pretty fast.

You should add some more instruments and more parts to the song, while keeping the length of the track at the same level.

Ambiant

It was more anbiant than trancy as the guys said, the slow tempo and the pads give the song an obvious Ambiant feeling. About the song itself, it was too simple: the chord progression was the easier you can write and the rhythm was the same during all the song. Those two things made the song a bit boring, though I can imagine that Ambiant songs sound like that.

So, please, put more diversity in your song and it will get better. But one thing, the background sounds vere quite cool, the water and the storm were a nice addition.

Look up the definition of Trance, please.

Because this is Ambient music, atleast that is what it sounds like to me:)
It's a chilled out song, and good to relax to.. I can't really tell you a lot of improvements, well maybe make it less repetitive.. Oh well, maybe thats the strength of the song. Good job on it!

Hah =D I know what trance is and this song actually has a strong trance beat behind it, the song is just slowed down. This would really fall under the depths of the genre Progressive Trance but who knows =P
