Erm... Could I make a suggestion?
I don't really like blamming people's work, because it can hurt you... But, just add some animation, or some kind of movement between Hamtaro and Bill Gates, such as a chase scene, or Bill Gates being scared of Hamtaro and that music in the background... I'm giving these suggestions because I make "The Mot Comics" (Not on Newgrounds, yet!) and I know how bad it feels for people to not like your work. Just take those suggestions. They'll work out, you'll see!

bill gates scares me, hamtaro scares me, and the song (the hamtaro theme song backwards) scares me. but the song was also hystarical. That's why i gave you a 10 on violence and humor!
