So close to being completely in love with this song it's crazy.
The chimes and soft bells are to die for! They're like caramel that's all melty that doesn't even drip where you don't want it to. This is a great peice of music.
However, the screech voice is just a little too harsh for this sort of music, it just feels out of place. The vocal imputs are really fun, and well timed, but then there's the hard drive grinding noise that also just doesn't quite do it for me. It just doesn't match, y'know? (Take the christmas island announcer's voice as reference, maybe?)
Every other aspect of this song is fantastic. I love gentel music like this, with chimes, 1/8th beats, the persussion... Just wonderful! I love the crazy quote, and the beeping in the backround (the really quiet one) just adds terrifically! I was going to say the start is the highlight, but this tune manages to stay fresh and enjoyable the whole way through, a rarity!
