Ok I'm giving this a low rating cuz you did a mistake, Necromancer is pronounced NECK-ROMANCER NOT NEEKRO-MANCER. I am a Necromancer, I'd know. Still, a good series overall, but the intro graphics should be fixed, they don't look that great.

First thing that annoyed me, you miss prenounced Necromancer. It is prenounced (Neck-Ro-Mancer)
your a good artist, allthough you are getting alot from Spawn and diablo 2. You gotta put more work into the movement of your characters. I would rather wait for a top quality film then settle for a quick poor quality. Take time in drawing your characters and give some more movment in them insted of small motion tweens of them moving up and down to simulate movment.
Anyways good job keep up the good work.

Also, i don't need to tell you this, but the graphics aren't that great, which can be ignored, however, the voices, which i assume are done by you, are poor. your attempts at accents are terrible, just don't try, they don't need them, everyone gets what era this is supposed to have taken place. also, the necromancer got his powers from Satan?? o.O what? thats a bad story twist just to let you know...
