You really did good on capturing the best parts of the movie but I do have one question: How come when Ash is falling through the time warp at the beginning he still has both hands and when he finds the three books both hands are back again?

Dude that rocked. All these othere guys complain about grabbing sound bites from evil dead 2...whocares man. It's what makes this original. Animation was kewl. My only complaint is not being able to see Ash hack down more skeletons with his car!!! Also a really GREAT ending would of been by adding the original ending to Army Of Darkness where he sleeps to much and wakes up like 3000 years later and the world is gone to shit. Yeah that was a kewl ending to the movie.
Thanks for the comments, I'm workin on the ending now, but it's gonna be action packed with a twist. The car is gonna be in there too so watch for it.
It wasnt horrible
I know you put some hard work into this and for that i gave you s 6, i love Evil dead movies and i really liked army of darkness, i thought you did pretty good with this it wasnt perfect but hey im not one to criticize i make movies with other peoples sprites, good job with the animation hope to see antoher one!
Somewhat decent effort...but completely unoriginal
The only thing I admire about this entry were the visuals. I could tell that Josh was trying his best, though it could stand to use some work (well, a LOT of work). Ash was drawn from various angles and looks completely different each time, and some of the tweening just looked awkward, not to mention the scene transitions were harsh and disorienting. Also, what was the point in attempting to recreate Army of Darkness? Why remake something? You'd think he'd do a parody, but seeing as AOD is a comedy/horror movie, making a satirical Flash out of it woldn't make much sense. And as addy_s pointed out, it ends far too abruptly. And to those who haven't seen AOD, none of this will make any sense. It should also be noted that hardly any of the audio seems to fit at all.
well its not great, but its not bad either
some of the parts werent from evil dead, such as "ill swallow ur soul/dead by dawn" They are from evil dead 2. Graphics werent bad, voices could be better. But u score no points whatsoever for originality. Its ends too abruptly too, other than taht, not bad.
