Imagery is Everything

The year is 2012; the world as we know it is coming to a screeching halt. We've screwed ourselves, envirnmentally, financially, and psychologically. Standing at the top of a hill, looking down on one of the past cities that's now burned out husk. L.A. New York. Vegas.
But there's a few people left, and they have the willpower to go through the all too difficult world we've made for our children because we couldn't be bothered to make the effort to change our ways. Corruption at the highest level, and children- who we should be protecting and catering our lives towards making a better world for, are sick. And its no wonder, because their parents are sick too.
Imagery is everything. This piece... respect, yo.

I don't usually appreciate techno, so I usually don't comment when it comes to this genre. Surprisingly, or not, depending on how you look at it, this work speaks of the future, ambitious ideals, the feeling of something not being over. It would perhaps shed some light on your choice for the title, something taken to a larger scale.
