Not bad...
Some good animation but without sound it doesn't seem as exciting as the movie makes it seem.

You have some skill in drawing, but you need a LOT more creativity before you should submit anything else. Also, sound is usually a plus, watching this random crap was really boring. I voted a 3 for this cause I'm optimistic that you will eventually do something not so half-assed.
Well....
I'm not the biggest DBZ fan but I didn't think that it sucked, maybe if you ocme up with a plot and not use DBZ chracters that you should continue this. By the way if you respond to this would you be able to tell me how you created those lighting effects?

it needs sound, it needs a plot, and if you veiw it on low quality it is exactly the same as high quality

Like everybody else has said, needs music, needs a plot. Also cut back on your bitmap graphics use,as you're making it look very grainy.
