That's not too bad
It's a nice idea - it's not anything I haven't seen before, but I quite liked it. It could be better - for example there could be different types of targets and such, but for less than 100K this is a pretty good effort.

Not Too Shabby
The game's pretty cool. I like the graphic of the hand holding the gun and the fact that different areas on the targets give the player different point values (1, 3, 10). My only problem with it is I think the timer should start when the first target pops up, not when the game says "Ready!" Again, good effort. Well done!

Be fair? Alright. This was a waste of time to play, and probably a waste of time for you to make — actually, I take it back. This seems like a first time thing, so it's good that you're practicing interactivity, and I hope you go on to do more interesting things with. However, this sort of thing isn't really worth submitting.
Also, learn to use less smilies. It's fucking annoying.
