For a turd of the week, I commend its basic animation, but it's still poor work at any rate.

Potential, but....
I think it's obvious why it's turd of the week. The animation didn't go with the music, and like another reviewer said, Chef wouldn't be smiling and waving. Have him hump the air or something. But the character drawings aren't half bad. Room for improvement.

Cartman kind of looked like he enjoyed having a giant satalite dish stuck up his ass.And kenny died by a knife that came out of nowhere...wtf.And chef....well chef never waves and smiles at people.
The video was repettitive, but the song is fine!
Whoever watches it for the movie but not the song may as well just turn it off immediately, but the song is absolutely fine. In short if you hate all music that has anything to do with south park, DON'T WATCH THE FRICKIN' THING!!!!!
