It would be cool if you could give them voices, instead of dubbing. Otherwize, cool. I laughed when he put megamax together.

I can see that some effort went into this (and will be going into this).
NICE animation! You, or whoever drew that, did a very good job!
Also, your idea seems very solid. Adhesion to the original megaman, but with a few twists, and a different plot (hopefully). I like it!
A few things, as always. The first is the biggest one: TOO SHORT!!! I know you said that already, and you also promised a longer second episode, but I think you should change the cutting point of your episodes and put more into episode one. You've still got four megabytes to work with, use them! Personally, I like fewer episodes with more content in each; allows for less searching and waiting time overall.
The other things are mostly cosmetic. It'd be nice if the text appeared a little faster. Rather than a slow typewriter effect, make it a fast digital display (Megaman-esque things should be somewhat futuristic, after all).
Also, you should try putting in a voice soundtrack if you can; that's usually very attractive.
Overall, it looks pretty good. I hope to see more!
