This is ok, but the screen keeps moving while there talking, you should animate the talking it would make it better, and its not that hillarious of a prank phone call, nice voice for the caller though

Oh yes, Add some animation if you can. And please would you make some changes in the environment and atleast make the two characters acctually speak. *(you can do it in frame by frame animation). To be honest I didn't find this funny at all really. And I'm not saing that it wasn't funny, It's just I couldn't hear anything you were saying man. And as I told you the thing got pretty boring to watch cuz of that of the whole movie just contained one single picture...
But, You know I acctually liked your animation and know that I see you know the basics of flash. I think you acctually can make osmething good in the future If you practice more.
