Pubs Panseno is a LA hero. Awesome job, pubs, but who mixed this? you are waaaaaay off beat. beat is cool, tho. And WTF is up with this del wannabe? he sucks huge floppy testacles. why would he need to talk?

Scribbler responds:

I listened to a track of Pubs and immediately thought he would be an excellent addition to this track. I didn't do him justice with the mixing, like you said and I apologize to him and anybody else. I am sorry if I sound like del on this track but it wasn't intentional. I was going with the vibe of the track.

YYyyyeeeeaaaaa Booooooiiii

I think maybe you could record that first verse again. The lyrics are ace but I think they need a bit more clout behind them if you get me. Hearing the other bloke talking about whatever he was, that was completely out of the blue after hearing just the first verse you sent me. Well I'm glad you enjoyed my track, good to hear it with some vox :D lol, talk later.

TheGaffer xxxx

Scribbler responds:

Listening to this now, it does sound a bit too mellow, like you said. I should probably rerecord this at some point. The second part was unnecessary and did not fit with the track at all! Excellent job on the instrumental!

nice rap to much talk

i like the abstract beat and the good lyrics but if you had a little less talkin in it and a little more spittin then i think it would be better. Its still really well done and does anyone tell you your good at rappin because you are. better than some houston rappers

Scribbler responds:

Thank you so much. I appreciate your review and agree that there should have been more rapping.

The Full Circle

Sounds tight - a perfect mix of intelligent lyrical content with a jazzy and alternative beat. It very much reminds me of the Oakland rap group "Hieroglyphics", and the main singer's voice and style bears a striking resemblance to that of Del Tha Funkee Homosapien.

My only issue with his song is that the occasionally monotonic singer falls flat compared to the beat. Other than that - awesome work!

Scribbler responds:

Thanks and you aren't the first to compare this track to the Hieroglyphics. I wasn't at my peak when I recorded the vocals and will probably attempt to redo this track someday. Thank you for the constructive criticism.
