Thought this was the 'Monarchs' girlfriend/wife... 'Dr Girlfriend'... however, does almost resemble, and could pull of being a female 'Monarch'.

the left one is looking to the right and the right one is looking towards the middle.
also scouting is like somebody paying you to draw the stuff and that junk
