Reviews for "The Web has lost its Soul - LOVEWEB"

Wow I absolutely love this, I think this series is super fun and cute, funny and overall entertaining.

I love the dichotomy of the two main characters, their personalities are fun and play off each other perfectly. Manon has a cute face with simple expressions, while cybermare has limited expressions but a face that can portray them really well. Both of the voices are really fitting for them, although manon going crazy could've been dialed up to 11. And not to mention those names! So many web series have a difficult time having their audience remember the characters names for a number of reasons, but in this episode alone I can remember them well, they are spoken enough to stick and they're unique and easy to remember. The artstyle is iconic and very polished, with thick lines and simple designs they are perfect for animation! It reminds me of another animator with a shorts series called "chikin nuggit" which also has thick lineart and iconic characters. I think that style has a very distinct look to it that is easy to remember, and more creators should take inspiration from the successes of those designs. The episode itself was well written with good jokes and it was unexpectedly informational. I had so much fun watching it I can't believe it was nearly 10 minutes long. I can't wait to see more of these two. Fantastic job!

I really like the spirit of the show and the info it provides. Especially this one, with its endeavour and nostalgia of a better time on the Internet. However, I can't stand Cybermare's character nor her stance. I like both of their voice actors, though: I think it's much easier to understand them now.

Keep on dreaming and fighting the good fight, Manon!

The internet died when Adobe killed flash.

As far as our duo's new voice actors go, Manon's new voice is 100% spot-on, like, I'm stunned it's so good. Cybermare's is more like 70-80%, it doesn't hit me as hard as the old digital one, maybe I'll warm up to it if it's here to stay.
