Ok, it needs some work
Here's some recommendations...
1. Fix the hit detection. It's way off.
2. Slow this damn thing down. The targets move like a blink.
3. Add music.
4. Make the screen stable (it wobbles in different places as targets come out) and have the targets come out in more random positions. Seemed pretty patterned.

I had trouble hitting the targets, I realize maybe I have lost some of my reflex skills in the many, many, many years I have travelled this world.... but I think they're too fast. Plus it was pretty bare beyond that. The targets also don't register unless it's a bullseye- why not just make the targets smaller instead of frustrating me for hitting it?
If this was slower I'd give it a 10!
I consider myself to be pretty good at shooters, but this was ridiculously fast. It also seemed like the "trigger" wouldn't pull sometimes. I like the clean, simple graphics though.

Hitting targets is almost impossible. Haven't we been here before?
