this needs to be an actual thing for warframe where if you beat a quest you can play a side scroller version of it and if you clear an entire planet you get to play the entire planet as a side scroller with the open worlds being like starbound in that you can loop around the entire open world and do activities from that open world
Wow, just friggin' WOW!!! The nostalgia-goggles were on MAXIMUM with this. Now, I was born in 95 but grew up on outdated, hand-me-down hardware. My childhood was a lot more like that of a Gen-Xer so seeing the combination of the games I played as a kid, and a game I've spent 1,175hrs in(fashion-frame is endgame); It really brings a tear to my eye! I wish I could contribute more than this pointless, wordy comment...but B R A V O !
