This might be a long review. ;)
First: VERY GOOD! I loved it, really. I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't another stupid stick-skate movie, but it was actually something that had -content-. It was longer than I expected, too! Great job. :)
Second: I voted 4. I gave you a 9 here in this review, and I'll tell you why. Just tips to improve on. :)
1. At first, I was suspicious of the file size. It's longer than I'd expected, so I can't be sure...but how much of the almost 5 mb is animation, and how much is music? Find a way to cut down on the music size, I think.
2. Dead time between the songs. It wasn't a HUGE deal, but it might be a good idea to not leave such a large gap.
3. There were little details missed, that's all. Where you'd fixed something in the middle of animation, and a single frame wasn't fixed, and the mistake flashed on the screen for a moment. Certainly not a big deal, and I may be nit-picking, but honestly? I think you're a good enough animator to get the nit-picky constructive criticisms. ;)
It was a great touch, the 'bloopers' at the end. Cracked me up a LOT, which is where you got the humor score. I like the style, and for your second animation, I'm impressed.
