I havent reviewed anything of yours in quiet some time.
Lemme collect up some words for ya.

What a stupendously glorious piece you've once again masterfully executed.
An exceptional color choice that maintains a beautiful scheme and invites the eyes to feast, and feast well.
The wickiedly adorned armor and cape combo really pull together that badass look that the redbaron exzudes.

A remarkably job well done with this one jouste.
It'll make a fine background indeed.

love all the details, like the pizza and chicken, you actually played the game hah.

great movement to, everything just flows. that Iron cross on his cape is great too man I definitely will be adding that to the sequel

Nice color and composition. Quick question! How to you give it that watercolor texture? Is it a brush, a layer overlay, or a filter effect?

its all about the plaster textures on cgtextures set too multiply or overlay. (don't go too crazy or else it looks a little forced) hope that answers your question!

i use sketchbook pro for my lines, then i color it with photoshop and some help from cgtextures.com.
