I like it, although I think I'm pretty bad at it. I could just be bad at this type of game, but the skulls felt like they take way too much damage to kill. I got to wave 4 and could not beat it after ten tries, so it might just be a skill issue.

Yes, wave 4 and 5 are difficult, after that there's a boss that I think you would like!
I might do a difficulty system, but for now it's impossible since each wave is carefully thought out, so maybe in the future.
Fun game! I'm not good at bullet hells but this is pretty enjoyable! It's like a simplified version of enter the gungeon where I can feel like I'm actually making progress! There's this weird bug though when I press L to restart the game and after I kill some enemies after 2 portals spawn, the game softlocks and I'm unable to do anything other than restart the round again with L

Quick bug report:
While at the upgrade screen, if you hit escape twice, you can get an extra upgrade. You can do this as many times as you want. Not only that, but if you click said upgrades while paused, you can get said upgrade up until it rises up off the screen, allowing you to get a virtually unlimited number of upgrades, turning your flames into what is effectively 3 lazers.
