If i must say one thing, its this.
I watched this movie a few days back thought it was cool. Decided to watch it again and realized it sucked so bad i stopped watching half way. You need to make better jokes. Just because people laugh at gay jokes doesn't mean gay zombie jokes will make viewers laugh. Like Shovelman said:

Ya see, this is sorta funny through out parts, but the part about the raping old man was a little extreme and I don't think you should have put that part in. It was O.K.
