This far surpasses any expectations i could ever hope to have of myself. But, just to provide some constructive criticism. If you could make the black blacker, like in the nostrils, it would look a lot cooler. That also applies to the eyes, it would give them more dimension, and giving them some reflections or highlights would help too. Again, this is truly awesome! Keep it up!

In my opinion maybe you should giving more attention to the color level here, because the black colour in the hair part is more darker than the eye part, the girl have a little bit greyish eyes( logically the black level between them two is the same). But I like the overall painting :) nice work

Would a rose smell as sweet
I think the picture is amazing, great artwork. I have been interested in the wacom and you've inspired me to go for it. On another note the rose seems a bit too smooth, it puts me off for the rest of the picture, but other than that it's great.
