This is an eleven.
The comedic timing is flawless in this masterpiece. The graphics, while not impressive, are very effective from a directorial standpoint. The special effects ("to rule them all...")are very effective, as well as the sound editing in supplementing the already humorous dialog.
LF's depiction of Sauron is dead on, and dangerously funny. The only downside is that this is probably closer to the books than the movies will be... But that's not LegendaryFrog's fault.

I am still laughing... That has to be the greatest movie on NG. Especially the end of that little projector movie, when Billy goes into the girl's locker room, hahahaha. Dude, I give you 2 thumbs up, this movie is so hilarious.
