My favorite weapons were the laser and parasites.
The parasites are probably the best weapon against the bunny boss he has no change when you have it level it up. Laser is the best weapon in the game, not only due to damage but It ALWAYS hits the target no matter how fast they are including the FAST bosses.

I did find the secret which mentions the character name, Izu Kamiya.

Also found the M%005 Space Helmet, what is that helmet for?

What I did not like was how hard is to get HP which makes some upgrades basically useless.

Didn't see a point in the Shift key that would have been better if it was a temporary boost in speed.
Also did not like the max level... Would have liked to be able to get ALL skills.

i have no other words for this game other than astonishing.. You guys made a bullet hell and we were given a 9th circle of that like omg..

milkypossum's hyper as shit music really fits with the overall tone of the game and andy's 2.5D-ish artstyle just adds to it. my only nit-pick is the spike in difficuly, either that or im just BAD LOL! this blows my socks right off and i am looking forward to the full release! :salute:

Text is REALLY small on the steamdeck but the little bit I played was really good!! I'll probably be playing this in bed for a while, haha.

Edit: I only managed to get past the first boss and a little into a second area before I died, but it started natively with no additional setup/fighting to get it to start. I had to set the controls (since Steam doesn't "know" the game yet) to be the default Gamepad Template in-deck. The only issue so far was a big drop in frames while it was loading the very first upgrade set, but all the ones after, and the boss trigger, were fine.

Got an almost 40 minute run, 64 powerups, 6 bosses beat, little hiccups. Runs the massive waves pretty solidly!

I can't wait for the full release. Been addicted to the demo on steam for a while and this game definitely deserves the praise it's getting. You all did a great job!

Also, I really like the Gamemaker code on the bottom left when upgrading. Really cool touch and gives me PTSD at the same time lol.
