This is great...
But, the bass drum. Its generic. Everybody uses that sound. It needs more thump to give it more jump!^^ Also, maybe some bass in the BG to compliment a thump where the hi-hat is.

Good approach but...
In general I have to say, that remixes of popular VG-music-themes are always challenging cause you need a lot of ideas to make YOUR remix extraordinary compared to the other dozens of remixes. Therefore I'm always pleased to hear a new remix.
I'm just giving it 6 of 10 stars... which is maybe a bit too hard but it was a hard descision between 6 an 7. Why? First I start with the things that i liked about you remix: The beginning, the part in the middle and the end. The beginning is not too hectic and not too slow... even I (and I don't like electronic dance-stuff) was psitively surprised. The part in the middle was the best - you did a good job combining the electronic elements with the original theme. Thumbs up. And the end, what is important because it's the end that rings in you ears before pressing the "Vote"-button... well.. it just fitted: not to aprupt.. just good. :)
So why only 6 points? Because the rest of that song was a bit annoying: The beat didn't fit to the theme.. and I guess you also noticed that - otherwise you wouldn't have turned down the volume of the temple-theme. Am I right? And because these parts are quite long they ruin the overall impression of that song. A Pity!
Nevertheless: respect for your work an I hope that my review was helpful.

Could have been better if you upped the volume two notches. I would have preferred if the main meat of the song was a bit more than a drum beat.

So-so...
...but I have to agree with everyone that said that this song is too repetitive. Using more pronounced fillers might hold more people's attention longer (while removing some of the other fillers); not to mention, a higher rating. If it looped, there would be a little more leeway on how harsh i'd be on the rating also. In the current condition of this song, I can't rate it above a 6. You have the right idea on this song, though. My advice... DONT GIVE UP!!!
