Reviews for "Chun-Li"

AWESOME!!!!

WOU! i love your drawing also i like of anime hehe, but your drawing i like 5 stars ;)

So beautiful! I never seen such art like this!<3

Beauty calming her raging inner beast.

After a rough fight, the only thing you should do would be to find your inner peace.
I'd be the first one to admit that I'm not the biggest Street Fighter fan, as I only played Street Fighter 4 (don't judge me!). However, I recognize that Street Fighter is one (if not THE) of the most emblematic and game-changing fighting game-franchises, along with Mortal Kombat. I also know that several of the most beloved fighting game characters originated in Street Fighter, such as Ryu, M. Bison, and the subject of this picture, Chun-Li. I hope that the fact that I have only played one of these games don't interfere with this review, given that, in a few words, I really like this picture.
What I like the most is the use of colors. Let me explain: I really liked how you managed to integrate the white color with black, blue, brown and yellow. It may be simple, but the use of white really maked the rest of the colors stand out more. It's just that good. From your description, I could assume that this is one of your(or your first) drawings to use this technique. I'm pretty glad to say that you're a natural for this kind of art.
I love how you managed to integrate shades and shadows into your despiction of Chun-Li: I love the lines on her legs, arms, hands and hair. Chun-Li really looks more authentic and eye-catching. I forgot her boots! I really like how you despict them: the shadows blend perfectly in.
I also really like the expression you gave to Chun-Li. She looks so peaceful, that if I were there, I wouldn't want to interrupt her. I also really like how you managed to despict her hair buns: it's as if the wind is really blowing in there. Oh, and that little butterfly is a nice detail, too!
You really made a great picture Diggymungo. Heck, I'd even dare to say that even the artists behind Street Fighter would love it. You just gained a new fan :) I'm expectant to see what you come up next with.
