Good idea... but lacking
No sound, no animation (except the bit at the end)... although the sprites were ok.
Maybe try and make something with no dialog to teach yourself how to animate sprites in flash? I dunno... just the changing text was kinda poor

Most anyone can use sprites.. so if you're going to use them, you have to raise the bar and be creative with them. Animate them, do something. (Especially if your name is 'SpriteMaster')
The text was a little difficult to read at times. Look for more contrast.
I used to love playing Megaman back in the day, but I'll admit I lost track of some of the newer characters. I knew who some of them were, but it'd help to add pointers to whoever was speaking.. especially for those who may have absolutely no idea which robot is which.
