That looks pretty good for just your 3rd movie. My 1st movie is crappy so I never even uploaded it. Heheh
Anyways, you could stand to make it a little longer because you didn't get much done in this movie.
You need to move your arms also. I don't see very many people walking with their arms completely still.
Those are my thoughts for now.

Wow your animation and art are improving, although the head looks a little square...nice how you animated the shield, instead of having it stationery during the walk, it's good to add in the little details, like that which makes a movie that much better.
Maybe you will have swaying hair ;) Well I would love to see ep#4 Great job Eponick, keep it up.
