your sort of right, but you havent got it completely. A lot of people think its to do with those 2 wizards, and they are a clue, but it is actually to do with all of them... obviously none of the body parts disappear, its just that round one way they make up 14 wizards and round the other way they make up 15 wizards. If you think about it, all of the wizards change slightly, so none of them stay exactly the same...

theres only 2 wizards because only 2 have wands so the rest must be gnomes or somthing then when you switch it 1 wizard is wearing a hat but it still has a wand so really no wizards disapeared?:S am i missing somthing?
