Crazy good game. When I'm bored and on newgrounds I love coming here and giving it 1 to 3 runs. It is kind of hard, but bearable. The random weapons and stuff is very unique.

this game is amazing, but, you should check out the music, it looks like it bugs and cuts when theres to many sounds at a time, and sometimes the audio cuts off at all, and not a bug but yet, the medal for having +200 money has the name in description and description in name xD

The defibrillator synergizes with Hell Pouch to make it chance based instead of you needing to pay to revive, so you're invincible as long as you're infintely lucky xD
Great game , also when i did the medical license achievement , it did not get unlocked at newgrounds
(what i meant is , i already unlcoked it and have the suit but it did not get marked as finished on newgrounds , needed to do it twice to get it marked off)
