sweet man, 8 bit but sounds so good
definetly very interesting track. love the sounds and cheapass synths you used...but it sounds nice. love the drums, they add a nice funky feel. at the end of the track that lead melody flows over the entire mix real nicely too...and is a nice exit to the track. this track reminds me of an 8 bit jungle.
Thanks a lot for the review!
Good to hear you really liked it. I had a lot of fun making this song, and I feel it is my best 8-bit track yet (I've only made two others, and just one of them is decent).
pretty good
Prtty good. wouldn't put it on my playlist, but fun!
Alright... I'm glad you enjoyed it enough to at least say so :)
I don't quite understand your scoring, though.
8 bit mad ness
hey this is really neat fora quikie!! good beat and good melody. youd be good with video game music if your not all ready. but ill give this a 4/5 its good work dude and i enjoyed my little chair dance
if yah have time check out my new one...{gbd} below the atmosphere. thanx
other than that it was a fun song
PEace out
Dooby.
((VOTED 5))
I really thought this song had a cool original sound to it. You seamed to have focused more on the drums then you did on the synth which is weird for a techno song but I thought it turned out really good. And of course the synth was also great and mixed very well with the drums. I could tell you trying to go for a 8bit video game style and you really captured that fealing well. Anyways it was a great song. Good job.
Thanks a lot for the review and five!
:D
I wanted to have another go at 8-bit, because I feel like my past attempts were only decent.
With this song, I tried to get a kind of modern/8-bit hybrid, and I think I was somewhat successful.
There IS more emphasis on the drums, but that was intentional; the synth melodies are simple, just like the instruments themselves.
I'm glad you enjoyed it.
