Nice!
I can see a darker tone to this piece. It involves quite a bit of imagery for sure.
During the piece I felt there were some parts where the volumes jumped a bit too much, an example near the beginning.
As for the comment earlier, I don't think that staccato and marcato were necessary. The pizzicato strings did damn fine as was.
I would have liked to hear some lower bass strings though, some nice dbl bass might have given some nice darker emphasis, as is the prime image I am getting from this piece.
The ending though insanely abrupt, was really quite nice!
I'd have to say though the beginning is my favorite, just sets the mood right up properly quickly.
