Wow you made the best air plane shooter in Pico-8. Keep them coming!
This was amazing! This is probably one of the most challenging and polished Pico-8 games I've played on here. From the movement of the ships and explosions to the smooth controls and added power ups for a little extra depth, it was a very enjoyable quick play through. You did Pico proud. If I were to add any criticism, it would be to add a health bar of some sort to know where you're at healthwise.

Challenging little game, though losing the powerups upon a single hit seems too harsh, specially since you'll have to learn the patterns of new enemies after the bosses. Might as well not have them.
Great game but it doesn't tell me how much health I have.
