The sound is great overall, love the instruments. The structure is pretty good with the intro/reprise/close (I really liked the little closing effect!)
It could get even better if you could tighten up or (spice up) the part between 2:11-2:36, create some tension for the reprise that comes at 2:36.
Another improvement would be to reduce the volume-pulsing between 0:51 and 1:42 which would let the other instruments/effects shine a little more.
Overall a good effort with a potential to greatness.
