Might want to add some sound
I dunno, something about playing a game with no sound or music, is kind of unpleasant. I can't speak much for that mud colored surrounding either. I guess it's alright, but I've seen a program run like this, just with different themes (Napster, Simpsons). Maybe it's the same, I really don't know. You can kind of recognize it from the awkward turning and pellet eating detection. (shrug) By the way, do the UN Ghosts have scars on their faces or something? I wasn't sure. Better luck next time.

That Was Wrong on Sooooooo many levels
That was completely wrong but I have to give you credit for yet another STRANGE but interesting Pac-Man Parody on NG. Try adding sound prehaps a kill seddam song or somthing. I give it a 2.
