Although I thought the overall quality of the movie was kinda low, the message of the movie comes through all too clearly to anyone who's experienced net-gaming in its finest extent of BS. I'm positive the creator of this work just needed to vent a little and was hoping to reach other gamers who feel his pain. Mission Accomplished.

But the message you convey is good. Counter-Strike is the cancer of on-line gaming... It was fun, but when ValvE decided it could get them some money they decided to sell it and above all FUCK UP THE STATS AND NETCODE! Stupid assholes....

Some counter-complaints against your complaints:
Lag: Get a better connection, freak. Only the unskilled complain about lag, and people can even play decently with 200-300 ping. If you don't pay for a good connection, then you shouldn't be playing online.
Hackers: There are 20,000 servers out for CS right now. Most of them don't feature 'em, and they are easy to spot.
Ladders....know how to press the up key consistently?
Repetitiveness: I bet you've never played CS seriously. Anyone who has been on a team in a serious league (Cal, for instance) will know how professional the game can get.
Go play UT/2K3 or some sort of loser single-player game. They don't make games for modem players anymore.
