Wow! Really cool designs of the characters and the blood and gore of the fights. Plus, I loved that retro/vice city vibe. 5 stars 4 U!

I admit that I was looking for more kills. This is still good. I really did have to remember the previous installment to understand this. These cartoons aren't known for having strong continuity. At least at first. I like the idea of him struggling after being shot.
I mean, it's somewhat more realistic this way. I can't keep up with all these Madness flashes. I can at least enjoy and review them when they come out. It's probably the most dialogue of any Madness flash I've ever seen. Again, that is more realistic.
