Had some flaws
Okay, first off I have the actually Guilty GearXX#Reload and all those combos Chipp-Zanuff and Dizzy are doing are impossible unless Chipp is using WHITE or GOLD EX. I kinda like hte justice ending best cause Justice rules(she is my AVATAR). Go check it out! Anyways i would've like a battle with SOL-Badguy and Ky-Kiske or Millia Rage and Eddie. Pretty good.

The graphics are sharp, but I don't understand the point. I gather there's supposed to be some parody or humour in there, somewhere, but it's beyond me.

Actually i was waiting for something else, the animation was not great, though it could be improved a lot.
Uh... disappointing
Text bubbles; they went by too fast, even for me.
Sprites, I don't mind people using, but you could have tried using the actual energy beams from the game instead of using those ones you threw together so horribly. Same for the blood.
As for the fight itself, it went by too damn fast. And you don't need to shrink the sprites just so you can show the entire level on the screen. Next time, cut the level down and zoom in on it a bit. We'll be able to see more.
Finally, the music. Why didn't you use Suck A Sage or Awe Of She, seeing as those are the theme songs of Chipp and Dizzy respectively? Why Holy Orders? It didn't fit at all.
What I did like, however, was the interference from Justice in the ??? victory.
Now I need to find out where the hell to get those sprites...

so are you useing newgrounds to try to promote a full version. im just stumped. you could just made this the 2 starting to fight and it wouldn't look so much like a "if you want to see more your going to have to pay $$$" kinda thing. and those kinda things annoy the H.E dubble hockey sticks out of me.
the background and overall charator graphics is nice. but as others sed. the special effects are kinda blarg
