Well that took it too far for you, I see it as a piece of cloth, nothing special. And I know it is supposed to be, but I just dont feel that way.
tributes depend on the person
i understand that tributes aren't for everyone.
you have to work for it just to get respected after you're gone. if you don't do something important enough that changes the future of technology or history in the US or in any other country,usually you get ignored. that's understandable.

You see, what make a person or group of people worthy of a tribute depends on what they accomplished during their lifetime as well as what they were doing when they lost thier lives.
For example, let me explain why the crew of the columbia deserves a tribute over someone like... oh I dunno, let's say decepticon1225.
The crew of the columbia were all astronauts. Incase you didn't know only the most elite and intelligent hard working people alive have a chance at being one of the lucky few. Not only that, but they died while pioneering into a place where only a handful of peole have ever dared to venture all in the name of continuing humanity's tradition of exploration and creating a better future for us.
decepticon1225, on the other hand, is a lonely attention whore who can't even venture away from his own monitor and crappy flash annimation to fulfill his attention whore needs. Just because he'll never be able to do anything as great with his life is no reason to put dead astronauts to shame.
Well, I hope we all learned today why some people deserve and do not deserve tributes.

Sorry all I heard was blah blah blah. Thats good for them that they were astronauts. yay. Real smart and yadda yadda. Hmmm and someone who takes that much time to write a review is also looking for attention so take your own advice and leave the computer. Attention whore ha ha yup thats me, I love you too. Oh and before you make yourself a critic on flash make some yourself! I could care less if I get a tribute when I die. And all they died doing was flying up into space, whoo hoo heroes!!! This was crapy and good at the same time. The crapics are crapy no affence. But the part that i think was good about how lots of people die every day and they get no FUCKING TRIBUTE!!!! I don't c the difference they just died. every1 has to die. and it was there time.

Aside from some of your opinion about America, I'd like to say that people get waaaayyyy too sappy and worked up about this sort of stuff these days. You know, there's a reason why until recently nobody wanted to build a national World War 2 memorial.....IT'S BECAUSE THE VETS DIDN'T WANT ONE!!!! This is the same stuff they tried to lay on us after the attacks back in '01. Too many sappy faced doofuses wanted to say, "Oh, look how good I am. I made a tribute thing." I've had enough of this touchy feely junk. If only we'd skipped over the attitudes of the '60's; that's why we have this whining when something bad happens. I wouldn't mind so much if they did it for like a couple of days, but it's going to be a month or two and will all be overdone. I close with a well done.
