Really fun game, but with one big big issue. First off, the game was very fun, the controls/gameplay were easy to learn. The sound and music were simple but suiting. The graphics as well were simple and suited to the gameplay. I personally really dislike the grainy filter on everything, it kinda gives ma e bit of a headache after staring at it for a while and I would prefer to be able to turn it off, but it isn't really a big issue. I also dislike that you can accidently grapple a wall and get pulled into a group of enemies. Perhaps this is an important skill later on in the game, but early on it is just annoying. Still though, not a huge issue. However, what is a big issue is that enemies walk through walls. It is pretty annoying to have an enemy walk through a wall shooting at you. Fortunately the bullets don't travel freely through the walls, but the second they get close enough to your side a bullet can come at you from an enemy you can neither see nor attack.

Overall though, great game. I know this is a jam version and I hope you do some more polishing of it moving forward. Maybe add a menu, inject some more story into the game, etc. Again , great job!

Glad you enjoyed it! Yeah, if I decided to make a post-jam version I'll definitely make sure to add some options for the effects and to improve the collisions and enemy behavior. Thanks for the feedback and kind words : D

Seems pretty nice! The graphics are simple but look somewhat stylish. The sounds are alright, nothing too cool nor too bad, though honestly the enemies screams made me chuckle a bit. I think the explosive guys explosion might be just a bit too big, though might be just me. Possibly adding a small ! above an enemy when they spot you could be cool cuz the enemies seemed to not even notice me half the time. Addind an attack animation would be good as its kinda hard to tell if you are actually attacking or not. I got stuck on the second level with the sirens, i killed all the enemies but there doesnt seem to be an exit. Good job!

Thanks! I never even considered adding (what i guess could be called) behavior icons to the enemies which sounds really nice. If I release a post-jam version I'll definitely go back and improve the signposting for the final level which seems to be confusing a lot of people. : D
