Reviews for "Tribute to Getter Robo"

A great tribute!

I was ecstatic to see a Getter Robo flash movie up here! The classic super robots don't get enough love.

This looks like you recreated the introduction to Shin Getter Robo. The drawing was kind of rigid, but the animation remained smooth, and it was fun to watch.

I really can't complain about this. At first I thought it was about the original Getter Robo series or all of the series in general. It was kind of a let down when it was the Shin Getter Robo opening.

Great music, great animation, great robots, incredible tribute.

mmark-oldflash responds:

To be fair, Shin Getter Robo did include all the past Getter Robos seen in the original series and Getter Robo G.

I'll be sure to look it up on KaZaA

an other good series is Trigun, ya know FYI if ne 1 is interested

I'll see Trigun when it comes on Adult Swim. I'm sorry, but I have seen Love Hina, Kare Kano and Mahoromatic and they're just not my thing. Too much lovey dovey.

good

you seem to like anime (which in fact I FUCKING LOVE!!) and i like you man your a cool guy i wish we could base more of our stuff on anime i'd like to see more anime tributes

Good, but not overly so.

This is a strange one.

The movements are excellent. You actually get a feeling that you are watching a cartoon on TV. The trouble is, when there is just one frame being displayed, the pictures look poorly drawn and not very cool at all.

I liked it, but the animator seemed to run out of ideas half way through, filling the screen with single-cel pictures.

Not bad, but could have been better.
