T love the changes to the birds you made here. You made them smaller in size, but bigger in importance. Not only do they go to the seven seas, but they can go back, all without letting the guard master know. The Guard Master is a really shitty character though. He always whines, and its annoying to the viewer.
You also added penguins. It was wonderful how the backstory was so good. Unforchanatly the eyes look weird, and they are drawn as a different style compared to the others.
Overall i think this is good, but there is still room for improvement. Keep on truckin!
