So the animation was nice I am loving the noir and black and white theme here, great shadows and shades some very nice animation, So Kudo's to you on a fine piece of art and creativity, some nice effort seems to have gone into this. I like your stamp of Expression on your art style

This piece here was pretty good as a whole and there for does not need any changes you have done a fantastic job on this one

"Nick Valentine and Mr X must look very similar" (I say that in jest, since I haven't seen any RE games.) Nice GIF, making full use of each frame to give the impression of movement, but leaves plenty to be desired. As a side note; I noticed that it's eyes give the impression that they are following me when I observe it from different angles.
7/10 - It could do with a few extra in-between frames to make it smoother (though smoothness is not necessarily a quality of good work; so Do What You Think is Best.)
