Well, it's ok, but-

You did a pretty good job on the frame-by-frame, but I just don't think it's Newgrounds material. It's loading time is a little bit long for such a short movie, it doesn't have a particularly funny joke, and I think that maybe some voices or music or something would make the experience better.
Work on it. You'll get it. Work on something more humorous, bloody, whatever. Just make it longer.
