Not bad.
One suggestion to make it better though, make it like pacman where if you hit a direction you will move in that direction without stopping or changing directions unless you hit a different arrow or run into the wall. On yours you have to hit the arrow every time you move a dot.

INCORRECT! INCORRECT! When you hold it down, it goes, "dot, dotdotdotdotdotdotdotdotdot". You just couldn't wait for the half second pause to end, did you? DID YOU?!?!

It's a little different from the usual pacman games, like the four corners have things that let you transport, instead of making you invincible. I thought this game was pretty easy since the enemies didn't really go after you and you can easily outrun them. I had a little fun playing though. The intro part where you're showing 3D looked nice, it's just a shame that the game is just 2D with standard graphics.
i like pacman but...
I like pacman, but for one its already been done plenty of time, second of all, the hard thing about pacman is that he is always moving. so if you make it so you have to tell it when to move it makes it less exciting. other than that, its great. i could'nt imagine doing anything half as good
Some things could better
It would be nice if the gameplay had nicer graphics, and it was hard to see the enemies too, try making them about the size of the head.
