Not bad
This is well drawn, well animated, and has a good song which works with the over all animation. It moves slow, and you should have cut the awkward clucking part. But over all it's fairly good. It doesn't deserve all those crap reviews for sure.
Oddity...
Yeah that was kinda strange, personally i dont think you can call that music, more like random sounds put in random places, the animation reminded me of "ren and stimpy" especially the teeth-gum bit. It was too weird for me.
